Posh Valet Parking — Terms & Conditions

 

By using our services, customers agree with these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Reservation & Payment

  • All parking reservations must be confirmed in advance through our designated booking channels.

  • Payment is preffered at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled service (departure, flight, or event).

  • Bookings made within 12 days of service may incur a $25 late booking fee.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, customers must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a $30 fee.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service are eligible for a full refund.

3. Vehicle Requirements

  • Customers must ensure their vehicles are roadworthy and legally registered.

  • Trailers and caravans are not accepted.

  • Vehicles must have a minimum of a quarter tank of fuel upon drop-off.

  • A Type 2 charger is required for the EV charging option.

4. Vehicle Condition & Damage Reporting

  • Any existing damage on vehicles is recorded upon arrival for transparency.

  • Customers must report any new damage within 48 hours of collecting their vehicle after a cruise, airport, or private event.

  • Posh Valet Parking takes care of vehicles while under our control.

  • While we take all care in handling vehicles, customers are advised to remove valuables.

  • Claims for damage caused by our staff are handled according to our insurance coverage.

5. Parking Facilities & Security

  • Vehicles are stored in secure undercover parking facilities:

    • Cruise Valet: near Darling Harbour, short drive from both cruise terminals.

    • Airport Valet: near the relevant airport terminals.

  • Attendants ensure smooth traffic flow, safe parking, and careful handling of vehicles.

6. Valet Attendants & Service

  • Number of attendants provided depends on the size and requirements of the event.

  • Valet attendants are professional, uniformed, and trained to manage parking efficiently.

7. Special Assistance

  • Extra assistance is provided for elderly and disabled customers during unloading and loading of luggage.

  • Any special requirements must be communicated in advance so appropriate resources can be allocated.

8. Data Privacy

  • Customer data is collected solely for booking and service purposes.

  • Personal information is not shared with third parties.

9. Liability & Safety

  • Posh Valet Parking assumes responsibility for vehicles only while under our care.

  • Customers are advised to remove all valuables.

  • In the unlikely event of damage caused by staff, claims are handled in line with our insurance coverage.

10. Amendments & Updates

  • Posh Valet Parking reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Customers will be notified of any major changes.
