Private Events Policy — Posh Valet Parking By using our Private Valet Service, customers agree to abide by the following policy. Our Private Valet Service is designed for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, and all types of special occasions. We provide professional, uniformed valet attendants to manage guest arrivals, parking, and departures, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for hosts and guests alike. Booking & Payment: All valet reservations must be confirmed in advance. Payment is required prior to the event. Late bookings (less than 2 months notice) may incur additional fees. Services Provided: Attendants manage safe vehicle parking, traffic flow, and guest greeting. The number of attendants provided depends on the size and requirements of your event. Vehicles are parked securely, and care is taken to note any pre-existing damage. Vehicle & Client Responsibilities: Keys are handed to valet staff, and valuables are advised to be removed before drop-off. Posh Valet Parking assumes responsibility for vehicles only while under our care. Liability & Insurance: While all care is taken, we are not responsible for valuables left in vehicles. Customers must report any damage to their vehicle within 48 hours of collecting their vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, claims are handled according to our insurance coverage. Cancellations & Changes: Clients must notify us at least 1 month before the scheduled service for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges. Service Use & Conduct: Service is provided at the location chosen by the client. We reserve the right to refuse service if the area is unsafe or unsuitable. Privacy: Only necessary client information is collected for service purposes and is not shared with third parties. Amendments: Posh Valet Parking reserves the right to update this policy. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
