Posh Valet Parking Policy
Airport Valet Service Policy — Posh Valet Parking By using our Airport Valet Service, customers agree to abide by the following policy. Booking & Payment: All parking reservations must be confirmed in advance through our designated booking channels. Payment is preferred at least 4 weeks before departure. Reservations made within 12 days of departure will incur a $25 late booking fee. Cancellations & Changes: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $50 administration fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up will receive a refund of the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows or failure to notify us before pick-up are not eligible for any refund. Vehicle Requirements & Client Responsibilities: Customers must ensure their vehicles are roadworthy and legally registered. Trailers and caravans are not accepted. All vehicles must have a minimum of a quarter tank of fuel upon drop-off to ensure efficient service. A Type 2 charger is required for the EV charging option. For transparency, any existing damage on vehicles is recorded upon arrival. Service Provided: Vehicles are stored in secure undercover parking facilities located near Darling Harbour, a short drive from both cruise terminals. Our team provides assistance for elderly and disabled customers during unloading and loading of luggage. Customers requiring special assistance must notify us in advance. Number of valet attendants provided depends on event size and requirements, ensuring smooth vehicle handling and traffic flow. Liability & Safety: While we take all care in handling vehicles, we recommend customers remove valuables from their vehicles. Posh Valet Parking assumes responsibility for vehicles only while under our care. Customers must report any damage to their vehicle within 48 hours of collecting their vehicle after their flight. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, claims are handled according to our insurance coverage. Privacy & Data: Customer data is collected solely for booking and service purposes and is not shared with third parties.
